„During the refurbishment it was a key point, that they would keep as many already given materials and furnitures as they can, even if it meant the complete re-imagination of those, and that they rely the whole construction on donations. It was partially necessary to rely on donations (meaning resources and man power), but this also gave a new perspective of how a new space could be accomplished. Later they received donations in means of building materials, which lead to a constant redesign of the building. It turned game of architecture, since they tried to find architectural solutions for the new building after they saw what building materials they could rely on.”
