“The basic designing concept was to create a modern building of natural materials, which pays due respect to the environment, and integrates with it, and at the same time it meets the client's demands. The existing renovated house was expanded by adding an annex to it with absolutely up-to-date technologies, materials and structure. The new part does not want to transform the old one and it does not oppose it. They exist side by side and both have their values: the old the part demonstrates why it has been preserved, the new one explains why it has been built.”
